How can I be a resident at Grace House?

You can get on our waitlist by giving us a call! We’ll ask you some questions that will help to determine if Grace House is a good fit for you. From there, you’ll be added to our waitlist. We ask that individuals on the waitlist call us once a week to maintain their spot. When we have an opening, we’ll contact you and set up an interview!


How can I support Grace House?

We love this question! Grace House exists through the generous support of donors and community partners. If you’d like to join us financially, you can head on over to our donate page! If you are a community partner and would like to get in touch with us, you can contact us here or give us a phone call. You can learn more about how we utilize our resources here. Do you take in-kind donations?

We do! We are always in need of in-kind donations. All donations go directly to the women staying at Grace House. Anything that we don’t need or don’t use, gets redistributed back into the community through our community partners by our amazing Office Manager. We take donations Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm, you can call us to set up a time to drop off donations at (971) 600-3627.

Do you take in kids too?

We are not a children’s or family shelter. Grace House does however strongly support women in their journey to re-connect with their children and we include that in our case management program for those who are seeking to do so!

What makes Grace House different?

Grace House is more than just a shelter. It’s a home. A home for growth, community and love. Our self-sufficiency program creates an environment of strength-based community and support. At Grace House, you are more than just a resident. You’re part of our family!

Is your staff all women?

Since we are a women’s shelter, our staff is made up of all women too! We do have the wise voices of men included on our Board of Directors, but our house and office staff are all women.

What are your housing standards?

Grace House is an equal opportunity housing agency adhering to both state and federal standards. While we are a faith-based home, we do not require religious affiliation from our staff or residents. All are welcome, from all walks life. We do participate in HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) data collection under HUD requirements. For more information regarding HMIS, click here.
