10 Years of Empowering Women
Grace House has been doing what we do best for over 10 years now. Each year has added to the depth of excellence and value of what we do and how we do it. We continue to empower women, as we’ve been doing for the last 10 years.
Average of 20 Women Housed per Year
With 8 beds in our home and a 6-9 month self-sufficiency program, we are able to house and case manage an average of 20 women per year. Those 20 women get the opportunity to be a part of our life-changing program and are forever a part of our Grace House family.
Over 300 Total Women Case Managed
From the moment an individual calls our office, we work alongside them. Once someone is added to the waitlist, we work together once a week via phone to go over tasks that lead to self-sufficiency. Whether or not they find themselves as a resident at Grace House, we take the time to walk through self-sufficiency goals from the very first point of contact.
Our “Flourish Rate”
Since 2016, Grace House proudly holds a “Flourish Rate” of 92%!
Between the years 2016 and 2021, Grace House served 135 clients. Out of that 135, 124 have completed our program and “flourished” on their own.
Our “Flourish Rate” is defined by the percentage of clients Grace House has served that have graduated from our self-sufficiency program, and found a safe and healthy life style they can lead on their own.
Women at the Well Grace House serves with one broad goal in mind for every client that walks through the door: to be self-sufficient and safe.
Every client comes to Grace House with their own set of goals and circumstances. Thus, the staff at Grace House works to tailor our case management program to help them “Flourish” in that client’s own unique way! We believe that every case is different and what may work for one client may not work for the next. That is why Grace House takes the time to intentionally get to know each client and help them “Flourish”!
